Bio- Jared I. Fletcher- Founder / President
Jared I. Fletcher is the founder and CEO of ResTrust, LLC, which is the only mainstream company in the resume certification industry. Mr. Fletcher is also the pioneer of the world’s first certified resume board, where employers can go to view certified resume vs. uncertified resumes on-line.Currently, Mr. Fletcher is a mentor to dozens of men and women throughout the country, providing one-on-one guidance on both job placement and entrepreneurship. Mr. Fletcher is also a frequent speaker to audiences, ranging from college campuses to companies, where he shares resume strategies and solutions for submitting an accurate resume.
Mr. Fletcher founded ResTrust in 2006 and brings extensive management as well as start-up experience to ResTrust. Before starting ResTrust, Mr. Fletcher was Vice President of a 550 employee security and valet company where his responsibilities included overseeing both operations and human resources. Prior to his work with the security and valet company, Mr. Fletcher held management level positions with Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, and Accenture where he focused on strategy and transformation and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Fletcher holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Miami. Mr. Fletcher is actively involved with the Society of Human Resource Management, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the Florida Breast Cancer Coalition.
