Home / Upload Rules
Please Note:
  • We only accept resumes in .PDF and .DOC format (this is the default format for Microsoft Word® and Adobe Acrobat® Documents). If you wish to include special formatting, we recommend using .PDF files as this will guarantee your file structure. Our upload process will remove certain formatting from Microsoft Word ® Documents, so please make sure you preview your resume after uploading.
  • Please make sure your file name doesn't exceed 32 characters, does not include spaces and uses alphanumeric characters only i.e. resume.doc or restrust_resume.doc.

Upload Instructions and Requirements

  • You must leave a 1” blank area on the top right side of your resume so that we may place the stamp on your resume after all of the information is verified. Please click here to see a sample of resume.
  • If you are uploading a resume for the Certified Resume Board, and you want to keep your personal information, such as Name, Address, Phone and Email private from viewers, we suggest that you remove this information from the resume that you want posted in the Certified Resume Board. Click here for a sample. We CANNOT remove your personal information and are not held responsible if you leave it there. If you wish to have the Certified Resume Board resume stamped, please upload it twice, once with your information and once without.
  • You have the opportunity to upload four (4) resumes, so please make sure that the one used for the Certified Resume Board only includes the information you wish for everyone to view. The remaining three (3) will NOT be shown to the public and will allow you to print them with the Certified Resume stamp to submit to your potential employer.
